The turgid movement towards a "double-dip" recession seems inevitable given the plunge in consumer confidence across both Europe and the United States.

The YPLA have today issued a letter to all Principals at academies stating that Academies are no longer required to send the YPLA a GAG3 return in respect of the academic year 2010/11. The form was due to be filed by 30 September 2011. This is good news as it will give academies more time to concentrate on other matters without rushing to meet this ...
