James joined Bishop Fleming in 2009 as a corporate finance and corporate services partner. He has spent a large part of his career providing first rate corporate finance advice to a range of private, quoted and public sector clients, having worked in corporate finance in the London and Exeter offices of international accounting firms before joining Bishop Fleming.
James has a wide range of advisory experience including strategic reviews, disposals, acquisitions, MBOs, refinancings & outsourcings. He has a strong understanding of the private equity and banking markets, both from having advised corporate clients on raising funds and refinancing debt, and having advised private equity funds and banks on their investments.
