Simon trained with a top-20 firm in London before moving to the South-West in 2007 and joining Bishop Fleming as a partner in 2011. He specialises in audit and advisory work and oversees a broad portfolio of corporate and more recently not-for-profit entities. Simon has particular experience of acting for large corporates, including listed businesses, together with companies with international affairs and start-ups. As a chartered tax advisor Simon is also able to provide taxation and planning advice to both companies and owner-managers. Simon also regularly undertakes transaction support and advisory work and has advised on numerous acquisitions providing due diligence and strategic advice across several different sections. Simon is married with a young son and lives in Chipping Sodbury between Bristol and Bath.
