Wendy joins Bishop Fleming from Ernst & Young in Southampton, where she had a national VAT role as well as working with local clients. Her considerable experience has been gained across a wide variety of sectors giving her the ability to understand and speak knowledgably about a client’s particular situation.
She has particular experience of VAT in the retail sector including advising on all aspects of VAT including property, business promotions, partial exemption etc
Wendy also has cross border knowledge for example handling issues with EU supply chains, and experience of public sector VAT issues, particularly in education and health.
Wendy knows the South West well having been born and educated in Devon and now lives in Cornwall with her family. She enjoys walking on Dartmoor and researching family history in her spare time.
