
Steve coordinates the operational side of our Payroll Services department, ensuring resources are in place to manage the ever increasing client base and provide a service which performs to the highest possible standard. As assignment manager, Steve is responsible for providing a documented system of processes and procedures looking at every opportunity to improve service level standards. He holds a Diploma in Payroll Management (SMPA).
Steve joined Bishop Fleming at the tender age of 23 in 1983. His initial role at Bishop Fleming involved processing a dozen payrolls, manually! Almost three decades later, Bishop Fleming’s payroll department has increased substantially, and today maintains the payrolls for over 350 clients.
