What can you save through outsourcing your payroll to Bishop Fleming?
We base our fees for the service on a scale of charges linked to employee numbers. We believe this to be the fairest way in which to levy a fee as this will provide economies of scale for increased employee headcount numbers, whilst also ensuring members will not be charged unduly for the service should employee headcount numbers decrease.
We are also pleased to introduce our member discount scheme. Putting this simply, the more members who take advantage of the service, a corresponding percentage reduction on our normal fees for the service will apply. The percentage reduction ranges from 10% to 30%.
Example:
Member A employs 8 weekly paid staff. The normal ongoing processing fees levied by Bishop Fleming would be £20.50 per week, £1,066 per annum plus VAT.
Should there be between 1 and 10 members taking advantage of the service, the annual fee reduces to £959.40 plus VAT (a 10% reduction). An annual saving of £106.60 plus VAT.
Should there be between 11 and 50 members taking advantage of the service, the annual fee reduces to £906.10 plus VAT (a 15% reduction). An annual saving of £159.90 plus VAT.
Should there be between 51 and 100 members taking advantage of the service, the annual fee reduces to £852.80 plus VAT (a 20% reduction), etc. An annual saving of £213.20 plus VAT.
Further Savings
As the number of members taking advantage of the service increases, the discount will also increase. Discount increases will apply to both new members taking advantage of the service and members who are already using the service.
Bishop Fleming’s usual one off set up fee will also be waived for members wishing to take advantage of the service during a 12 month period commencing on the 1st February 2008.
Bishop Fleming are a fully accredited BACS approved bureau, which means we will be able to handle your employee net salary and third party payments very efficiently. This BACS service will be free of charge for the first 12 months of the service.
