The grants of Christmas yet to come...

In a fit of “bah-humbuging”, this issue of Grant Update is already wishing the festive period away, and looking to some schemes that will become available in the New Year.

First and foremost, we provide a quick update on Convergence, the successor to Objective One funding for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

We also look at the South West RDA’s Grant for Research and Development, which is due for a major relaunch in January that will provide high funding thresholds in terms of both cash and percentages!

Finally, the Sustainable Farming and Food Grant, which will be open for applications in February 2008, has recently appointed a group of consultants to make application to the scheme even easier!

Merry Xmas, see you in the New Year.
