Robert joined the firm in 1991 and has been a partner since 1993. Having trained and qualified with a medium sized firm, he went on to work overseas in corporate compliance for one of the ‘Big 4’ firms of accountants.
Robert is our Corporate Finance Partner looking after the firm's Corporate Finance work across Devon and Cornwall for the Exeter, Plymouth, Torquay and Truro offices. Robert's background in working principally with owner-managed corporate businesses, gives him a very good understanding of the issues faced by business owners and managers and as an experienced professional he delivers practical, commercial advice to a very broad range of businesses.
Robert has considerable experience of sales and acquisitions, mergers and de-mergers, MBOs and MBIs, Valuations and Transaction Support (Due Diligence).
Robert brings enthusiasm and a positive can-do approach to actually making transactions happen.
