Brian joined the firm in 1978 after training in the City of London with a major multi-national firm. Brian served as Bishop Fleming’s Chief Executive for 8 years from 2001, and during that time saw the firm achieve substantial growth. Brian still retains a portfolio of clients and provides strategic advice to a range of businesses.
Additionally, Brian heads up the firm's Forensic and Litigation Support Services and regularly supports solicitors as an expert witness. Brian is also a founding member of the Expert Witness Institute as well as an Associate of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Brian’s particular skills are in the areas of professional negligence, business valuations and commercial loss.
