Owners of almost 62,000 furnished-holiday-let properties in the seven counties of the South West will lose all their special tax benefits next April, as a result of the Chancellor’s pre-Budget statement.

When this change was first proposed in the 2008, Bishop Fleming led a campaign to highlight the damage this would have on the South West economy. Selected documents from the campaign are available below:
