Payroll Services: Our Payroll Service
Our Payroll Service
Included within our fully managed payroll service are security payslips, the production of P45's for leavers, salary reports each pay period to your specifications (either in hard or soft copy format including a tailored journal voucher report), monthly payment details to the Collector of Taxes, your own dedicated point of contact within our payroll team, the maintenance of statutory legislation and the preparation of annual PAYE Returns P14, P35, P38(S) and P60.
We have the ability to process changes late in the pay cycle, employee net salary and third party payments by BACS (if required) and we will liaise with HM Revenue & Customs on your behalf for on-going employee tax code changes and year-end returns on-line. In essence, once everything was set up, all you would need to provide are the changes to process for each pay period and we do the rest.
We can supply templates in CSV or Excel file format for you to provide us with the variable changes to process.
You will be allocated your own dedicated point of contact from our payroll team. Following the implementation of your payroll, they will take day to day responsibility for managing this for you. Each of our client payroll's, once run each pay period, is reviewed by one of our experienced Payroll Supervisor's prior to this being finalised, helping to ensure maximum accuracy.
Bishop Fleming guarantees that controls and procedures will be performed to a professional, compliant, and high quality standard.
Professional, Trouble Free Implementation
The timescales for implementation are driven by when you will require us to assume responsibility for managing your payroll. At Bishop Fleming we aim to ensure this process runs as smoothly as possible. The principle aim to ensure that any disruption to your business during the implementation phase is kept to an absolute minimum. We also ensure from the outset that your requirements are understood and will be met. We appreciate that no two payrolls are the same.
When the timescales for implementation have been agreed with you, we will inform you of the standing set up data we will require. We will also provide an implementation plan with the key tasks, responsibilities and timescales in the form of a step by step guide to ensure nothing is missed.
You will be allocated a dedicated implementer at the outset and they will take responsibility for ensuring a smooth and trouble free implementation. They will remain in regular contact with you from the start to finish of the implementation phase and will remain in regular contact with you throughout. Depending on the size and complexity of your payroll, we may recommend an initial implementation meeting at your location and once the payroll is set up on our system, a period of parallel run testing to ensure that when we assume live responsibility for your payroll, we get this right first time.
If your payroll is processed in-house, the standing data we require should be easily extracted in Excel or CSV file format from your payroll software. This can then in turn be passed to us.
If you currently outsource your payroll, with your consent, we will liaise with your current payroll service provider to obtain the standing data we require.
A trouble free implementation is all part of the service you can expect from us.
