We’re well established, but we’re not standing still. You’ll be encouraged to contribute your ideas, build strong relationships and take your career forward. All with the support of colleagues who understand that fulfilling work starts with treating people well.

A dynamic firm with strong relationships at its heart

We’re an audit, accounting, tax and advisory firm with more than 550 colleagues working across nine offices in the South West and West Midlands.

We support more than 9,000 clients, including high net worth individuals, owner-managed businesses, large organisations, charities, schools and public sector bodies. This gives our people access to varied work, different perspectives and opportunities to build experience across a wide range of sectors.

We’re proud of our history, which stretches back to 1919. But our focus is firmly on what comes next. We want to keep growing, improving and creating more rewarding experiences for our clients, our people and our communities.

Our ambition + values

Our ambition is to be the most rewarding firm in the UK for our clients, our people and our communities. That ambition shapes how we work and the decisions we make. It’s supported by five values that bring our culture to life.

We take time to understand our clients, the challenges they face and what they want to achieve. Whatever your role, you’ll be encouraged to think about how your work contributes to a better client experience.

Good work begins with strong relationships. That means listening, communicating clearly and building trust with clients and colleagues.

You’ll be encouraged to question, contribute and put forward new ideas. We want our people to think creatively and help us find better ways to work.

We act with honesty and integrity. That applies to the advice we give, the decisions we make and the way we treat one another.

Different offices, teams and areas of expertise come together at Bishop Fleming. We share knowledge, support one another and work towards common goals.
