Hoama Group, who currently operates Iden Manor Nursing Home a 51-bed Nursing home in Kent, has successful secured an £18.2m funding package with Cynergy Bank to support the development of Meadow View Care & Living, a 70-bed care community in Kent.

The funding marks a significant milestone for Hoama Group, enabling its transition into a multi-home operator and providing a strong platform for future growth.
Umbreen David, Managing Director at Hoama Group, said:
“Securing this funding is a significant milestone for Hoama Group and allows us to bring Meadow View Care & Living to life. Our ambition is to create a new generation of care, bringing together communities designed around the people who will live there, with specialist provision where we know there is unmet need, including our dedicated Harmony BSL Community for older Deaf people whose first or preferred language is British Sign Language.
Bishop Fleming provided valuable support throughout the process. Their commercial insight, responsiveness and hands-on approach helped us navigate the transaction and secure the right funding package to take Meadow View forward.”
