Leading West Midlands accountancy firm, Bishop Fleming are set to head to prestigious national awards for its significant commitment to its employees' health and wellbeing.
The growing firm, which delivers audit, accounting and tax services were crowned winners in the Herefordshire and Worcestershire heats of the Chamber Business Awards 2019 in July.
Bishop Fleming have now gone one step further and won the regional West Midlands award for the same category ‘Health and Wellbeing in the workplace 2019’. The firm will now go forward to represent the region in the national finals, which will take place in London in November.
The awards, which are in their 16th year, are a highlight of the business calendar, recognising the key role that local businesses play in driving the UK economy forward.
Bishop Fleming, which are now the 29th largest in the UK, have recognised that having fit, healthy, and happy employees provides a better client service and attracts and retains the best people.
The award tops off a fantastic 12-months for the firm, as it has also gained a formal accreditation with the Worcester Works Well Health and Wellbeing scheme in May.

The Bishop Fleming Worcester team will head to London on November 28th to enjoy the national awards ceremony in a gala dinner at Tobacco Dock.
