The firm, which delivers accounting, tax, corporate restructuring and advisory services to businesses and not-for-profit organisations, and private wealth advice to individuals, has appointed Mark Munro to further strengthen its already strong focus on delivering outstanding client service.

Mark is a Chartered Accountant with well over a decade of proven experience in the audit profession with a top ten firm on the South Coast and in Australia. Mark has many years’ experience working with a diverse range of clients from owner-managed businesses to multi-national PLCs, and across different sectors including technology, manufacturing, retail and food and drink.

Mark combines a strong technical background with a pragmatic and commercial approach and particularly enjoys working alongside owner-managed businesses to help them to overcome their challenges and pursue opportunities.

As an Audit and Business Services Director, Mark will further enhance Bishop Fleming’s growing audit team and will assist in providing the firm’s clients with the first-class service they have come to expect.

Mark commented: “Bishop Fleming is a highly respected and fast-growing firm with huge ambition and I am delighted to be part of the team. I’ve been most impressed at the breadth of skills and experience within the firm, enabling it to deliver a comprehensive and value-added service to its wide client base.”

His valuable skills and experience will bring great benefits to businesses and organisations in Exeter and the region. It demonstrates our continued commitment to expand our specialist audit team.”

James added: “This is an exciting time for the firm as we pursue a number of key strategies for growth, including in the field of audit. Mark’s appointment brings to the firm a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client service.”
