Social mobility is a complex phenomenon, but it needs to be understood so that it can be addressed.
Analysing the data from our latest diversity monitoring is key in identifying the groups of people we should focus on in order to promote fairness and equality. Whilst there is still a lot of work to do in the area of social mobility, we are confident we are taking the right steps to widen access to the accountancy profession and our firm.
