Julie is a highly experienced commercial banking professional with more than 30 years in the sector, including a senior leadership role as Director within NatWest Corporate and Commercial Banking. Her extensive experience has enabled her to build strong relationships across both High Street and specialist lenders, providing clients with access to a broad range of funding solutions.
Julie’s expertise lies in identifying and securing the most appropriate finance package for each business. This could involve working capital facilities, export finance, property finance, asset-backed lending and unsecured borrowing including funding for event driven transactions such as Management Buy Outs and acquisitions. Importantly, she understands that the right solution is not always additional debt and can also facilitate access to low-level equity where appropriate.
Specialising in SME and family-managed businesses, Julie combines deep lending knowledge with a practical understanding of the everyday challenges business owners face.
She is skilled at presenting lending proposals in a way that maximises the likelihood of approval and maintains a trusted network of professional advisers who can support clients beyond funding requirements.
