As a partner in the firm’s Restructuring team with over 15 years of experience, and with a background in other corporate services including accountancy, taxation and auditing, Luke is perfectly placed to provide solutions to business owners, directors, lenders and creditors in both solvent, distressed and insolvent situations. Luke has a proven track record of rescuing businesses as going concerns while preserving employment and delivering the maximum return to stakeholders.
These solutions often involve helping businesses secure funding, which Luke is well placed to do as a core member of Bishop Fleming’s Funding Advisory team. His work also extends to helping businesses restructure their debt facilities where appropriate.
