What sets Paul apart?

As Bishop Fleming's Chief Marketing Officer, Paul has strategic responsibility for Bishop Fleming’s Marketing and Business Development and leads a team of 16 marketing professionals.

Paul has upstream responsibility for advising our firm on business development and marketing strategy. He is a member of the Markets Leadership board which has oversight of the firm’s strategic approach to growth, markets, sectors, and clients.

Paul is sits on our Enablement Leadership Board and has downstream responsibility for all marketing and business development operations across the firm.

This includes all aspect of business development, and bids and tenders as well as our marketing channels. These include, PR and external communications, internal communications, events, regional and sector marketing, campaigns, digital marketing, social media, and content management.

Paul additionally has departmental responsibility for Bishop Fleming’s approach as a Responsible Business.

Paul has been with Bishop Fleming since 2017 and has a 25-year career in marketing across a wide range of professional services, corporate, not for profit and association roles. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM) and Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (MCIPR). Outside of Bishop Fleming, Paul is Chair of the West of England Young Enterprise Board.
