What if someone has died in the middle of selling their property?

Rarely the deceased may have been in the middle of selling their property when they pass away. If contracts have already been exchanged, but the sale has not completed it will be necessary for the Executors to continue with the sale.

To do so they will need to obtain a special urgent grant of probate in order to finalise the sale process and avoid the contract being rescinded.
