Bishop Fleming offer accountancy training opportunities in Worcester, Bath, Bristol, Exeter, Torquay, Plymouth and Truro, normally for graduate trainees and A level entrant trainees (or equivalent). You can study for a range of accountancy qualifications including:
We are very proud of our accredited training status and use a range of accountancy training providers, depending on location and personal needs, resulting in personal training contracts. We will support you through your studies and provide relevant work experience to help you succeed through your qualification.
You will have the opportunity to begin studying for the Chartered qualification – ACA. Your training would normally take approximately three years to complete.
There is also the added opportunity to be considered for tax qualifications. Association of Tax Technician (ATT) or Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA).
Once qualified, there is plenty of opportunity within the firm to progress through our structured Career Track.
A level entry (or equivalent):
You can begin your accountancy training with a minimum of nine GCSEs and two A levels (or equivalent).
Our five year training programme offers full support to complete the Certificate in Finance, Accounting & Business (CFAB) before progressing on to complete the ACA qualification.
We may also offer the opportunity to study the Accounting or Taxation Technician qualifications (AAT or ATT) which will take two to three years.
Some will then progress on to the ACA Chartered Accountants qualification, others will develop in their role as a Qualified Technician.
We have found that qualified AAT trainees with relevant experience and graduate academic ability have been successful when following up with ACA training.
