What sets John apart?
John works closely with his clients, across a wide range of sectors and industries, on a personable level, working hard to ensure that he truly understands the organisation, their direction of travel and the key issues affecting them so he can deliver well-informed advice.
With a considerable amount of experience working with corporate and not-for-profit organisations, he has built up a high level of technical accounting and reporting knowledge, which enables him to provide advice that is not only tailored to address his clients’ concerns, but ensure compliance and commerciality.
John has specific expertise in the education sector, being a key member of Bishop Fleming’s Education Advisory Team. John has advised clients within the education sector across the country, on all matters ranging from centralisation, standardisation of structures, policy writing as well as acting as a sounding board to his clients to be in a position to offer proactive advice that directly addresses what Boards and Executive Teams are concerned about.
John has worked within the Corporate Finance department for a period and has also been seconded out to a large organisation so has first-hand experience of issues faced by organisations as well as the commercial impact of decisions made.

- Work with Boards and Executive Teams to identify issues with structures and advise on how to address and rectify such issues
