Pam is a leading expert in the education sector. As head of education she is passionate about the delivery of our services to the sector. 

Her portfolio of clients is wide ranging and includes not only education and charity clients but also owner managed businesses ranging from Cavanna Homes through to smaller businesses such as OTM Services Ltd which project managed the delivery of Hyundai cars across the UK and Europe.

Pam has considerable experience advising all businesses on risk management and governance which includes strategic planning.

Pam is a Trustee at a Multi Academy Trust, Westcountry Schools Trust, which currently consists of 22 schools. This gives her first-hand experience of running a large MAT. She is chair of the audit committee and a member of the estates committee. She is also a trustee of a small charity.

Pam is a genuine expert and trusted adviser in the academy sector by clients, the Education Skills Funding Agency and the DfE and has presented at ESFA seminars. She is well connected in the sector and regularly writes thought leadership articles.

Pam has a real client focus in everything she does which means that clients are always fully informed about progress with their work and the client service team are flexible to meet all the needs of the client. 

Pam also leads on the firm’s women’s mentoring network and is passionate about embedding this into the future strategy of the firm.

  • Trustee of a small charity involved with a youth centre
  • Experience of negotiating deals with the local authority and most recently negotiating a partnership arrangement with the Salvation Army to jointly run the youth centre
