Leading audit, accounting, tax, and advisory firm Bishop Fleming has been recognised as a Great Place to Work®.
This accolade by the global workplace authority, which independently surveyed the employees on how they felt about how Bishop Fleming creates a positive work environment, is testament to the firm's commitment to investing in its people and creating a workplace where employees can thrive and achieve their full potential.
The Great Place to Work® award is just the latest in a series of accolades for Bishop Fleming, including the Accounting Excellence Investing in People win in 2022 and it’s 14th place in the UK index in the Top 100 Apprenticeship Employer rankings.
These awards reflect the firm's growth ambitions and commitment to excellence in everything it does.
Bishop Fleming's success is also reflected in its headcount growth and record recruitment, which has enabled the firm to build a strong presence in the mid-market and become a leading player in the industry. It also recently expanded from seven to eight offices with the addition of a new Cheltenham presence.
With a focus on innovation and delivering value to its clients, Bishop Fleming is well-positioned to continue its growth trajectory and achieve even greater success in the years ahead.
“We are delighted to be recognised as a Great Place to Work®. This award is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team, who are the driving force behind our success. We are committed to investing in our people and creating a supportive and inclusive culture that enables everyone to reach their full potential.”
Andrew Sandiford, Bishop Fleming Managing Partner
The firm posted impressive financial results in 2021-2022, which saw fees grow by nearly 20%, and recording breaking recruitment for the third year running taking its headcount to nearly 500.
