Bishop Fleming wins at South West Dealmakers Awards 2023

Against stiff competition, Bishop Fleming’s lead role in the management buyout of Fargo Systems Ltd alongside Santander UK, Clarke Willmott, Michelmores, Foot Anstey LLP, and Isca Ventures LLP led to a winning entry that captivated the judges due to the exceptional quality and complexity of the transaction. The intricate nature of Fargo System's management buyout impressed the panel, solidifying Bishop Fleming's position as an industry leader in delivering outstanding corporate finance solutions.
