All Sorts UK Ltd

All Sorts UK Ltd has ceased all trading activities with effect from 5 December 2023 and has entered into Liquidation. On 13 December, Luke Venner and Malcolm Rhodes of Bishop Fleming LLP were appointed by the Directors of All Sorts UK Ltd to handle the liquidation process.

The business – a provider of mailing solutions, has cited reduced mailing orders from customers and the impact of Royal Mail strikes as the reasons for the liquidation. All 10 employees were made redundant on Tuesday 5 December.

Malcolm Rhodes, Senior Restructuring Manager of Bishop Fleming said:

“All Sorts UK Ltd ceased trading on Tuesday 5 December has entered into liquidation. Notices have been issued to creditors, who will further receive information about the process, which will provide them with an opportunity to register their claim. We will be handling the sale of fixtures, fittings, equipment & stock sold via agents by public auction and all other aspects of the liquidation but it is uncertain what returns may be available to creditors at this time.”
