Bishop Fleming strengthens restructuring team with trio of insolvency practitioners

Leading professional services firm, Bishop Fleming, has continued its ambitious growth with three new internal appointments within its Restructuring team.

Jack CallowThe firm, which delivers audit, accounting, tax, and advisory services to businesses and individuals, has appointed Jack Callow, Luke Venner and Malcolm Rhodes as Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, further strengthening its Restructuring service to cover a rising demand for business support.

The strengthened team, which is based across Bishop Fleming’s offices, complements its multidisciplinary team of Chartered Accountants, experienced corporate financiers and tax experts, and provides a range of services throughout a business’s life cycle including; operational, management, asset and financial restructuring.

The three, who have over 60 years’ collective experience between them at Bishop Fleming have a wealth of restructuring expertise built up servicing businesses across the South West and West Midlands.

The expansion comes at a time when the team have been busy working on many turnaround deals and other restructuring work as clients have tackled the impact of the Coronavirus. The team has also seen a rise in clients using its Escalate dispute resolution service, which assists with the financial recovery of losses in contractual or other disputes.
