Bishop Fleming advise on Mecsia Group’s strategic acquisition of S K Heating and Cooling.

Bishop Fleming have provided financial and tax due diligence advisory services to Mecsia Group on their acquisition of S K Heating and Cooling. Gloucestershire-based S K Heating and Cooling provide heating, refrigeration and air conditioning services to a variety of clients in the South of England.
The deal marks Mecsia Group’s latest acquisition, having acquired Acorn Engineering in 2021 with backing from Rockpool Investments.
