Bishop Fleming has advised a leading independent records management business, helping them to grow into one of the top providers in the UK.
The Corporate Finance Team at Bishop Fleming worked with Secure Data Management on its acquisition of The Chatham Archive and Document Storage Company earlier this month.
Founded in 2004, Secure Data Management has seen client records under management double in the last five years. The acquisition drives further growth of the business.
