New expert help available for South West Tech firms

Tech businesses in the South West can now access new support through Tech South West and Bishop Fleming.

Growth Forge 2024 is a new programme powered by Tech South West with expert partners including Bishop Fleming to create individual support packages for growing tech businesses across all sectors in the South West in order to help them grow and to meet their full potential.

This new support will assist tech firms to gain expertise, enhance their operations and boost their impact in the market.

Led by Tech South West with support from a breadth of regional partners like Bishop Fleming, the programme will provide Small and Medium-Sized enterprises with the resources and specialist guidance they need, including:

• financial advice
• raising investment
• legal advice
• marketing
• insurance
• cybersecurity
• recruitment
• brand management and more.

Each Growth Forge company will be assessed via an online process using a proprietary tool developed specifically for Growth Forge, to help identify the key areas of the business where support could be most beneficial.

Following this assessment, through consultation, each company will benefit from a combination of in-person events across the region, online resources and specific ongoing support from relevant partners.

Firms will receive personalised guidance on growing their business from Tech South West partners.

Applications submitted before 31 December 2023 can receive a discounted rate of £495+VAT instead of the usual price of £795.
