Procurement Policy Note 04/20 – Recovery and Transition from COVID-19 (PPN04/20) has now been issued to supplement PPN02/20. The Cabinet Office guidance is applicable from 1 July 2020 and there is an expectation that Academies will implement their transition plans by the end of October 2020.
