Caroline has a background in audit and accounts for owner managed business and is renowned for her practical approach. Caroline is now the Practice Assurance Partner for the firm, ensuring quality in all that we do. She understands the challenges of ensuring staff and clients alike get to grips with an ever-changing landscape of regulation and quality demands.
Caroline is the Chair of ICAEW Practice Committee which represents ICAEW members in Practice. She is the ICAEW Council Member for the South West. Diversity in all its forms is important to Caroline and she is the diversity champion for the district society of Chartered Accountants.
