With deep expertise across IFRS and FRS 102, Lucy specialises in technical accounting matters including group reorganisations, business combinations, complex consolidations and the application of financial instruments. Lucy has led the development and review of accounting papers for listed and private groups, guiding stakeholders through key judgements and disclosure requirements for completed and proposed transactions.
Lucy's background includes advising on the structuring and accounting implications of intra-group transactions, step acquisitions and capital reorganisations, always with an eye to both compliance and commercial outcomes.
