Razia is a Chartered Internal Auditor with over 15 years’ experience delivering end-to-end internal audit, risk, and assurance services across both industry and professional services.
Razia's career has given her the opportunity to work with a wide range of organisations, including not-for-profits, consumer markets, manufacturing and major aviation operators, which has shaped a balanced, real-world perspective on what effective audit and risk management should look like. One of Razia's proudest achievements was creating the first dedicated audit and risk working group for the airport sector, developing a focused agenda with a large airport group to support collaboration on emerging risks and sector-specific challenges.
She specialises in risk transformation and has supported several clients in strengthening their Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks, making them clearer, more practical, and genuinely used to guide decision-making.
