New Corporate Finance Director adds to Bishop Fleming's growth ambition

Leading accounting and advisory firm Bishop Fleming have welcomed a new Director to its growing Corporate Finance team as it continues its growth.

David Lock, who has joined the firm as Corporate Finance Director, is an experienced corporate finance professional with a lead advisory, banking, debt and equity background working across the entire South of England from bases in Bristol, Thames Valley, Gatwick and London. 

He has previously worked for large institutions including the likes of PwC, HBOS and Santander transacting and funding on a range of mid-market deals, as well as several years providing advice to owner managed SMEs, as part of an M&A boutique. 

David commented:

Based primarily out of the firm’s flagship new office in Bristol, and Bath, David’s appointment is part of a recruitment drive that will see the firm’s headcount push through 400 for the first time this year.
