Anna joined Bishop Fleming in 2019 as an experienced and credible HR professional, she has overall responsibility for leading the People Team and implementing our people strategy.

Anna oversees the development and delivery of all people related activity in Bishop Fleming, which includes Recruitment; Onboarding & Induction; Oversight of our Apprenticeship programme; Learning & Development; Performance Management; Pay & Reward; and creating a healthy working environment (including well-being and inclusion & diversity).
