We continue to collaborate with environmental specialists and other professionals on how best to reach this goal according to industry agreed definitions, and in line with relevant environmental legislation. Our aim is to minimise our environmental impact, operate as a responsible and sustainable business, and contribute to the global effort to mitigate climate change.

We are pleased to continue our partnership with carbon experts, Net Zero Now (now integrated with Ecologi), who have independently validated our greenhouse gas measurement for a fourth year.
A breakdown of our carbon footprint by Scope:
We have made positive strides in the reduction of our Scope One emissions, and our Scope Two emissions remain at zero due to renewable energy powering single occupancy offices.
Our Scope Three emissions remain our greatest challenge, particularly as we undergo ambitious growth. Our Scope Three increase is a factor of renewed IT equipment, a new Workday operating platform investment, increased business and commuting travel, and the expansion and renovation of our Bristol and Exeter offices.
We have developed a Carbon Reduction Plan to focus on these areas and recognise one of our main challenges is to balance our emissions with an increase in people in line with our Better Growth strategy.
