Martyn has extensive experience of mid-market corporate finance advisory projects across a range of sectors for both public and private companies encompassing fundraisings, mergers and acquisitions and the delivery of strategic advice.

With more than 20 years corporate finance experience Martyn specialises in guiding privately owned businesses through the complexities of buying and selling businesses. He has extensive cross-border expertise, completing transactions with Japanese, European, US and Indian counterparties.
